Our Company, Cemya Trade Limited was incorporated with corporate Affairs Commission under the Federal Government of Nigeria, Company and Allied Matters Act of 1990 as a limited liability on the 15th November, 1996 and started operations on 1st of January 1997.

Being a Trading and Civil Engineering company, we are involved in the design, construction and management of Building and Civil Engineering Projects. We cover the entire spectrum of activities required to either design, build and commission new projects or upgrade, maintain and rehabilitate existing ones.

These activities range from project conceptualization, feasibility studies, project design and specifications, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation, upgrading and commissioning. With regards to Real Estate and Property Development aspect, we offer the following

 To engage in engineering works and functions, of all types and descriptions and of whatever specialization whether as civil, structural or electrical nature,

 To undertake the business of site development with building and field engineers, to erect, construct, maintain, alter, and rehabilitate;

 Repair, pull down or restore any building/engineering works of all descriptions whether alone or jointly with any other company or person.

 To offer consultancy services on problems relating to general engineering building and offer advice upon the means and method for extending, development and improving all aspects of engineering works.

 Advice on choice sites that is fully serviced and free from all encumbrances, impediments, including site and services appraisal and projects feasibility;

 Provision of a range of affordable options for housing solution, technical support towards achieving independent housing delivery, including Mortgage financing arrangements.

 Support services to owner- occupier developers.

 Project construction management services.

 Facilities management services. Adaptive maintenance and services programming support for direct developers.
